Byzantine Cross Pendant

After Jesus´s crucifixion crosses appeared to be worn in the sixth century as the main symbol of faith. Byzantine crosses have been found in shipwreck dives in the ancient Holy Land. The Byzantines were known for their art and architecture. Cross is the symbol of love and sacrifice.
